Description:
Trihealth Weight Management Center is a very high volume clinical bariatric center focused on minimally invasive gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, interventional endoscopy and revisional bariatric surgery. Our surgeons also perform high volume advanced laparoscopy and robotic cases including foregut and hernia. In addition to the acquisition of advanced laparoscopic and endoscopic skills, our aim is to provide the fellow with the full spectrum of care for the bariatric patient. The fellow will work closely with our multidisciplinary team from the very start of the patient’s weight loss journey. Our fellow will also focus on clinical research with the support of existing research coordinators and through the support of the Hatton Research Institute at Trihealth. The TriHealth Hatton Research Institute is a well-known leader in research and innovation, counting among its resources a leading-edge minimally invasive surgical training center that features procedure simulators, pig lab and a robotic da Vinci Surgical System for teaching and research.
